the Medinose (red light up your nostrils)

Our local pharmacy currently has a special on the Medinose, which
purports to treat nasal allergies by shining bright red light up
your schnozz.

I have googled for this but I can find no useful evaluation of
this gadget, just marketing hype and a couple of idiot comments.

Middleton's "Allergy" (7th ed) doesn't mention it.

Can somebody point me to an independent review article?
