Prin Software Engineer

Basic Qualifications

9-13 years with B.S. or 7-11 years with M.S. experience in the design
and development of software systems with 3-5 years experience in
medical device software.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

Read, analyze, and interpret general technical periodicals,
professional journals, technical procedures and governmental
regulations. Ability to write software requirement specifications,
detailed design documents, test plans, protocols, test plans and
reports perform software risk analysis. Skilled in the identification
and debug of software and hardware defects. Skilled in the use of
Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) Extensive
experience in multiple software development languages; i.e. C,
VB, .net and hardware platforms; X86, DSP et al Experience with
software configuration management, bug tracking utilities, and unit
test software concepts and utilities. Extensive RTOS experience with
Windows XP Embedded/CE or DSP BIOS preferred. Excellent presentation
skills and the ability to utilize the tools available to gather
information/data and present it in a manner that is useful to
management. Provide informal leadership and mentoring to team members.
