Develop defined marketing plans(organized approach to homogeneous prospects to which we have identified targetmarkets). 2. Develop leads to establish x-dates on prospects in specificmarketing plans. 3. Establish goals and objectives annually for new businesscommission income. 4. Gather needed information and develop completesubmissions. 5. Take quotes and other information from Marketing Dept. andprepare proposals. 6. Make presentations to prospects to obtain orders. 7. Oncewe have an order for the business, the Sales Representative will work with theCommercial Account Manager and Customer Service Agent in placing order withcompany. 8. When new policies are delivered, Sales Representative will introducethe Account Manager, CSR, and Claims Representative to the customer. 9. SalesRepresentative is responsible for all account development and accountsreceivable during the first twelve months we have the customer on the books. 10.Sales Representative is expected to remain "politically" involved withall Customers allowing all service on the account to be handled by the AccountManager/CSR team. 11. Obtain life, group, and personal lines and select accountreferrals on new business and renewals for distribution to other departments.Required Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below arerepresentative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
